Yes if you book as a group of 10, you receive a VIP discount where number 10 travels free. Group Discounts are available only if you book direct with us and pay online via Credit Card. It does not apply to bookings made over the internet or through a travel agent. Agents are paid a commission and may choose to offer a group discount.

Yes of course, but please only pack a picnic. We plan our trips around meals, we make stops where necessary - and if this isn’t possible we’ll have snacks available. Please bring your food in a small soft cooler, no hard ice boxes please. Our buses are not equipped for large luggage storage.

Of course! We have minimum numbers in order to operate a trip. But we will always try and accommodate you wherever you wish to travel.

There is no minimum age. Note you will require 18+ identification to drink and purchase alcohol in Australia.
Our tours are not weather dependent, however all tours are subject to weather and tidal conditions. We reserve the right to modify, cancel or change the itinerary based on making your tour the most comfortable experience ever.
This is what makes us unique. The way of travel is one of independence, shared experience and adventure. Your guide is with you most of the time, but you get plenty of free-time to spend it your way.
Terms & Conditions
All tours and activities are non-refundable and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. All rates are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.
All tours have minimum numbers to operate. Shakas Adventure Tours reserves the right to change or cancel the activities due to weather conditions.
Booking Changes
Changes of time or date must be received within 48 hours of the original booking date (subject to availability). Change requests within the 48 hour period are not permitted but will always try to accommodate your change requests. To request a change please contact us.
All Cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. All Cancellations less than 48 hours before departure will incur a 100% fee.
Adverse Weather Conditions
Shakas Tours operates our adventures in all weather conditions except during electrical storms, hail storms or heavy wind. All tours, activities or adventures may be cancelled during period of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. We reserves the right to cancel/change activities in the event of extreme/unsafe conditions.
All tours unable to operate due to extreme/unsafe conditions will receive a 100% refund if deemed unsafe to proceed.
Travel Insurance
We endorse the recommendation of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade that all travellers take out travel insurance. We can provide information to you about travel insurance should you require it. It your personal responsibility to purchase travel insurance to cover any liability which may be incurred to us or another Service Provider and other travel misadventures that you wish to be insured against.
